At Department of examination of the State agency of control of safety of construction at the Ministry of emergency situations the decision about a working drawing of the third building is received. Land-strengthening works are carried out. The base of the third building of a complex which height reaches two meters is laid from monolithic reinforced concrete. In general, construction works go according to the plan, and the housing estate will be constructed and transferred to the order of future inhabitants in time".
