In May 2014 is began the construction works in “Renessans Palace” – a housing estate of a premium class. Though engineers of one of the leading developers of the region – “AS Group Investment” also claimed that monolithic ferroconcrete works would be complete in May 2016, many were skeptical about these statements. However, builder’s professional and responsible relation dispelled all doubts.

In the majority of the buildings, the construction works on the seventh floor are already complete and passed to the eighth floor. According to engineers at the moment in a month are constructed 2,-2,5 floors. The forthcoming 6 months are sufficient for completion of construction of 11 floors.

We will remind that the housing estate of “Renessans Palace” meets five standards of a premium class and the concept “yard without cars” is implemented here. Thanks to this concept the park and the yard with a total area of 1,5 hectares will be transferred to the order of inhabitants.
