In first August in housing estate “Renessans Palace” took place the second “Open door” day. In the meeting have participated TOP-managers of “AS Group Investment”, clients, who signed the agreement for buying the apartment and potential buyers.

Sahib Aliyev the project manager in “Renessans Palace” welcomed participants of the meeting and noted the “Open door” day is devoted to presentation by the head department of architecture and town-planning of executive power of the city of Baku to the housing estate “Renessans Palace”, a special sign No. 97 which is the official basis for starting the construction works. It was emphasized because of the large number and complexity of requirements only few housing estates could get this important document. In general, “Renessans Palace” has got 24 various official permissions.

As a result, real estate owners face with barriers to acquiring by citizens the document, which confirms their right to property. For passing the state commission must be the conclusion of the main state construction inspection of Agency of the state control over construction works at the Ministry of emergency situations. Therefore “AS Group Investment” organized its activities according to requirements of the Law. The staff of state’s inspection visits the construction place three times in a week and controls the quality of construction works.
